Delivery Zones

• Zone 1: Peninsular Malaysia (1-3 business days)
• Zone 2: Sabah & Sarawak (3-7 business days)
• Zone 3: Remote areas (5-10 business days, extra charges may apply)

Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Processed within 24 hours
• Weekend Orders: Processed on next business day
• Public Holidays: Processed on next working day
• Peak Seasons: May take 48 hours during sale periods

Order Cutoff Times

• Same-Day Delivery: 2:00 PM
• Next-Day Processing: 5:00 PM

Tracking

Track your order:

• Tracking number sent via email and SMS

Delivery Attempts

• First Attempt: Courier will attempt delivery
• Missed Delivery: Notification card left
• Second Attempt: Scheduled within 24 hours
• Collection: Available at courier depot after 2 failed attempts

Undeliverable Packages

If package cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailable after 3 attempts
• Package refused by customer

The package will be returned to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
