3 Ship return Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Download, print, and drop off the package at the courier.
4 Inspection We inspect the returned item after receiving it.
5 Receive refund Refund processed within 3 business days to the same payment source.

  • Return by mail: Submit a return request via Track Order. Once approved, we will email a prepaid return label. Available across all Malaysia including East Malaysia.
  • Return in store (optional): Level 1, Amerin Mall, Taman Impian Indah, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor — available for Klang Valley customers.

Important notes

  • Refund requests cannot be processed for active or undelivered orders.
  • Some records must be kept for compliance with Malaysian tax requirements.
  • Once a refund is completed, the action cannot be reversed.
  • Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
