How do I return a product?
Online: Track your order above, then click "Request Return". Select a reason, upload a video showing the issue, and submit. We review within 3 business days and email you with the result.
In Store: Bring the item in its original packaging with your order number to our store at Amerin Mall, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Open Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
What are the return statuses?
- Pending Review — Your request is being reviewed by our team
- Approved — Return accepted. A shipping label will be sent to your email
- Return Shipped — You have shipped the item back to us
- Received — We received the item and will inspect it
- Inspection Passed — Item inspected and approved for refund
- Inspection Failed — Item did not pass inspection. You will be notified with details
- Refunded — Refund processed to the same payment source within 3 business days
- Rejected — Return request was not approved. Reason will be provided by email
- Expired — Request was not reviewed in time and has expired. You can submit a new request
What is the return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Products must be unopened in original packaging
Video evidence is required for all reasons except "Did Not Receive Order"
Refunds processed within 3 business days to the same payment source
No restocking fee
How long does delivery take?
- Peninsular Malaysia — 1-3 business days (Free Shipping)
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) — 3-5 business days (RM 15)
- Same-Day Delivery (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya) — via Lalamove (RM 15)
