How do I return a product?

Online: Track your order above, then click "Request Return". Select a reason, upload a video showing the issue, and submit. We review within 3 business days and email you with the result.

In Store: Bring the item in its original packaging with your order number to our store at Amerin Mall, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Open Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

What are the return statuses?
  • Pending Review — Your request is being reviewed by our team
  • Approved — Return accepted. A shipping label will be sent to your email
  • Return Shipped — You have shipped the item back to us
  • Received — We received the item and will inspect it
  • Inspection Passed — Item inspected and approved for refund
  • Inspection Failed — Item did not pass inspection. You will be notified with details
  • Refunded — Refund processed to the same payment source within 3 business days
  • Rejected — Return request was not approved. Reason will be provided by email
  • Expired — Request was not reviewed in time and has expired. You can submit a new request

  • Peninsular Malaysia — 1-3 business days (Free Shipping)
  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) — 3-5 business days (RM 15)
  • Same-Day Delivery (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya) — via Lalamove (RM 15)
