By accessing and using the Wangi World website, operated by Wangi World, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Product Condition

All perfumes sold by Wangi World are new.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

• Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
• Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
• Formulations: Minor adjustments by fragrance houses

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
• Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Card, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, GrabPay PayLater, ShopeePay, Atome
• Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through HitPay. You will be redirected to HitPay's secure payment environment to complete your purchase. We do not store your card details.
• Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Cost: Free shipping to all states and federal territories in Malaysia - no minimum purchase required
• Couriers: J&T Express, SPX Xpress, Lazada Express, DHL eCommerce, Poslaju
• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 3–5 business days

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Return Shipping: Free - return shipping is covered by Wangi World

Process: Submit the request from the Track Order page. Once approved we email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Time: 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wangi World or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Wangi World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law.
