  • Items with damaged or removed seals
  • Goods returned without original packaging
  • Personalised or specially arranged orders
  • Clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

When the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method originally used at checkout.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Return the original item in unused condition
  3. Let us know which product you would like instead
  4. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card - returned to the original card
  • FPX / E-wallet - refunded to the originating account
  • Bank Transfer - available when applicable

Return Shipping

  • All returns: Free return shipping. No restocking fee.
  • Return label: Customer is responsible for printing the return label.
